1、本產(chǎn)品設(shè)計結(jié)構(gòu)合理，用料精良，溫度恒定好，控溫精度高，加熱時間短，熱能損耗小，性能可靠，操作方便，外型美觀，經(jīng)久耐用，是醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生單位，工礦企業(yè)科研系統(tǒng)大專院校化學(xué)實驗室蒸餾，干燥，濃縮合成，以及恒溫加熱化學(xué)藥品，生物制品等理想的化驗設(shè)備。

2、本產(chǎn)品內(nèi)膽全部采用優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼板制成，最大浴孔直徑120mm每孔配有四環(huán)一蓋，采用管狀電熱元件直接加熱無經(jīng)調(diào)溫可在室溫～10＇0＇℃范圍內(nèi)任意選擇某點恒定溫度作使用溫度。

數(shù)顯恒溫水浴鍋使用方法

1、水箱應(yīng)放在固定的平臺上，電源電壓必須與本產(chǎn)品要求的電壓相符，電源插座應(yīng)采用三孔安全插座，必須安裝接地線。

2、使用前應(yīng)先將水位加入箱內(nèi)，水位必須高于隔板切勿無水或水位低于隔熱板加熱，以防損壞加熱管。

3、插上電源，將控源設(shè)定旋鈕調(diào)至所需要的溫度刻度。綠燈亮表示升溫，紅等亮表示定溫。

數(shù)顯恒溫水浴鍋注意事項

1、注水時不可將水放的太滿，以免水沸騰時流入隔層和和控制箱內(nèi)，以防發(fā)生觸電，不用時最好將水及時放掉，并擦干凈，保持清潔，以利于使用壽命。

2、控溫系統(tǒng)是經(jīng)過精心調(diào)校達(dá)到的，設(shè)有專用設(shè)備，用戶不隨意調(diào)動機內(nèi)元件否則影響精度。

1、安全用電：該產(chǎn)品用220V交流電源，電源插座應(yīng)采用三孔安全插座，必須妥善接地，切不可將地線接到煤氣管上。

3、通電前應(yīng)先將水注入鍋內(nèi)至隔板以上，使用過程中加熱管絕不能露出水面，否則加熱管將會燒毀甚至爆裂或焊錫融化漏水、觸電等。

4、接通電源，設(shè)定溫度：按SET鍵可設(shè)定或查看溫度設(shè)定點。按一下SET鍵數(shù)碼管字符開始閃動,表示儀表進入設(shè)定狀態(tài),按△鍵設(shè)定值增加，按▽鍵設(shè)定值減小，長按△鍵或▽鍵數(shù)據(jù)會快速變動，再一次按SET鍵儀表回到正常工作狀態(tài)溫度設(shè)定完畢。（若溫控儀是智能型，則另附溫控說明書）.

本機有加熱和恒溫二只指示燈表示工作狀態(tài)，溫度表頭示值為鍋內(nèi)實際溫度。

5、如需作100℃沸水蒸餾使用時，加水不能過多，以免沸騰時溢出。

Klüberlub BE 41-542 is a heavy-duty (“EP”)

grease with a high-viscosity mineral base oil,

special lithium soap, EP/AW additives,

antioxidants ａnd anticorrosion additives.

Performance characteristics:
